Why a person reads it first

Work on this site can be handed to an automated coding session, but only after I have read the report and explicitly marked it. Text submitted here is never fed to that automation on its own — treating anonymous input as instructions for something with write access to the repository is a well-understood way to get compromised, and this form is built not to do it.
